“i dont normally post on things however i have to give the credit when due and this store is absolutely wonderful all the way around. my first visit was a couple of weeks ago and although they were technically closed the owner allowed me to come in and shop anyway while she was finishing up and her service was above the bar. she was exceptionally polite and social and the prices are fantastic they are what should be expected from a thrift store unlike the prices at others lately. all around the visit was a delight!”

“I always use Hope’s Closet Store because I usually find everything I need and then some. The people who VOLUNTEER to work there are so friendly and helpful. There is a huge inventory in every category and there are new items as well. They play great music overhead too, so it’s a very cool place to shop. My only complaint is that I have difficulty trying things on and you’re not allowed to return or exchange anything if you get the wrong size. Make sure you check the sizing. Other than that, Hope’s Closet is the only place I shop! Thank you ? ? ✝️”

“I have always had a positive experience here. Today was exceptional. I donated bags earlier in the day and was met by Louis. After a few hours, I realized an Air Tag was left in an item, in the donation bag. I went back to Good Will and Louis was so nice in helping me find my donated bags. He had to pull everything out of the bin. Of course, it was at the bottom. He found the bag, I found the air tag, and I offered to help put the items back. He said absolutely not. He could not have been nicer. Thank you Louis!!”

“There is a new person working at this site!! Marvin is the total opposite of the previous person. He is cheerful and welcoming in his greetings. He comes out to the car to help carry in donations. He is grateful and thankful for what is given. He is a man of the true spirit of the Salvation Army!”
