I just switched my phone provider to Verizon today. Had such a great experience. Jasmyne was super helpful and knowledgeable and made the transfer seamless. Got a new phone and a new Apple Watch and I’m paying so much less per month. 🥰

This is my second time being saved from technology doom at this location! Jermaine was helpful for fixing my first problem and then 2 months later, saved me again! Helpful and patient. Saved him in my phone because I know something else will pop up and guess who I’ll come looking for….!
