The vibe was very welcoming. I believe the representative who took care of me was named Wayne, rep # ends in 939. He was friendly and efficient.”

“First, Leane was AWESOME! We had to travel from GA to Florida. Our first stop was the Apple store to transfer data from old phone to new phone. We wanted to port the number to the new phone. Apple sent us to Verizon. We had to do a lot of other account work with the Verizon account person via email, texts and phone calls. We were having problems and Leane took control of the situation and made it happen! If not for her, we would have had to go back to GA and then come back to FL! I can't stress enough how awesome Leane is!

“Jayson at the Ponte Vedra location was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! We had to transfer my husbands phone from business to personal line which was kind of complicated but he had no problem walking us through the process and helping us upgrade our phones as well. Probably the best experience I’ve had at any Verizon store!”
