“Harlan is the most wonderful representative of the Metro by T-Mobile Store. Yesterday afternoon, my Home Healthcare Nurse, Sefi, paid my overdue phone bill with her credit card, and she called and spoke to Harlan to verify that payment was done. Harlan remembered me when she gave him my name. Harlan helped Sefi to verify payment and told her that I could use my phone right away. I have 3 very special people to thank - Sefi, Harlan and my God Almighty. You all 3 rock.”

“They're prices are normally higher than other gas stations so unless you have to stop for gas I suggest you just get enough gas to make it to a cheaper gas station they also carry food if you've been traveling for a long time and need to stop.”

“Let me start by saying I walked in and was greeted properly. I then used the bathroom got some hot chocolate and saw that the milk dispenser was a little sloppy, so I decided to unhook it and wash and scrub it out in the sink and wiped down the counter. Basically I just left it in better shape than how I found it. As I finished up and associate named Shalanda walked over to me with a special bubbly personality and was wondering what I was doing over there making so much noise and realized that I cleaned up the area, and once I got up to the register, my kindness was returned back to me instantly, and I was blessed with some free peanut butter cookies (My FAV) and a hot chocolate! SHE WAS ONE OF THE FIRST ENCOUNTERS I HAD TODAY AND I'M ALREADY FEELING SO BLESSED! Then I came back in because I realized I forgot to get gas, smh. I wish I would have mentioned that while I was in there. But I forgot due to the excitement of the freebies!!! Maybe I would have gotten free gas too? Laugh out loud. Places need more kindness as Shalanda just showed. Not saying we should always be rewarded for random acts of kindness... but just to acknowledge it and to show appreciation is golden. On top of the cake, she gave me a tutorial of how to use the app and obtain gas points at the pump and how to earn double in store points!! She was awesome. I hope to run into more souls like her along my journey!!

“This store is the best! I always come in for my lunch and they always have fresh cooked food and always have my drink in stock! The assistant Christy is super friendly and the store manager Megan is always so helpful and nice! My favorite gas station. I pass two different 7Elevens to come here.”
“If you're looking the authentic Florida resident experience, look no further! This place is something else. Not horrifyingly terrible but obviously not somewhere someone would go by choice. Quick in-and-out is fine. The cashier was friendly although she kept saying she was going to be fired and it was her last day. Pretty funny honestly. Another lady left her wallet and came back a few minutes later and found it at the drink station untouched, so there's that!”

“An employee named Noah made a few phone calls to supervisors to get me something I needed. He did it all with a smile and very positive energy. Not the first time I’ve seen him have a great attitude either. He could’ve easily told me to come back when a manager is present but he found a solution. I hope those managers see this!”

“Since this became a Company store last year, it has become one of my favorite stores. The staff is friendly and the store is now cleaner than ever. The management team is awesome, especially the Asst. Manager Carrie who greets everyone who enters. I can honestly say that I have never observed a negative interaction between staff and customers. I work at the college across the street and go there often.”
