I came in while on vacation- and needed to return / an or exchange my shorts for another size and I came in on a Tuesday morning and I believe I talked with a manager She was the NICEST lady I’d ever met in a retail Shop. She helped me get the right size and was beyond helpful!

Really disappointed have bought there jeans for years same size always this time they were way to big and not made the same they wouldn’t let me return them even though I bought them that week and had the receipt because I didn’t have a tag .. the jeans say American eagle all over them
