Why does this bank make it so difficult to deposit a check? Hate to think what happens if you withdraw!?.

This bank is horrible I closed my account because it charged me a fee because I didn’t use it for one month. This is how petty this bank is they charged me 50 cents to close my account another fee that they imposed on me for closing my account. Now I can see why they have a ( 2.5 rating I am so glad that I close my account because who knows how many other fees they would have charged me to keep it open. Good luck to anyone using truest for any of their banking needs definitely won’t see me there.

NOTICE THAT YOU HAVE A LOW RATING! Your long lines are slow. You won't do my money order at the drive-thru! It took ten days to get a large amount of money out of my own money don't use this Bank unless you are very patient

Nobody answers the phone, the service is subpar at best. I have used this bank location for over 15 years and it has switched at least 3 or 4 times to buyouts. I am soon to be done with this bank as soon as I get the chance to find another that meets at least an above average standard.

1-9-23 I looked on Google "how to speak with a human at Truist Bank" The branch on Cochran Blvd DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!! I called an 844 number and that was an AUTOMATED phone call for the first 5 to 7 minutes. FINALLY got to speak with a customer service representative. He explained he would need to put us on hold so he could get help in order to help my husband and myself. I started the phone call at 11:38am, was put on HOLD AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEVER CAME BACK!!!!! I WAS HUNG UP ON AT 1:07pm!!!!!! I'm VERY HAPPY to say that because all phone calls are recorded my experience can be verified if Truist even cared enough to do so. Cochran branch IS THE WORST. There is a gentleman that works at that branch that tries to be very helpful. He should be the branch manager in my opinion because the young lady that claims to be the branch manager NEVER WANTS TO GET INVOLVED WITH HELPING THE CUSTOMERS. My husband and I have tried to meet/speak with her SEVERAL times and she is just always "in an appointment" We were trying to get OUR MONEY and Truist did everything to stop us. If anyone is looking for a bank to do business with, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep looking. My experience like so many others HAS NOT BEEN A GOOD ONE. And one more note, spoke with a couple of employees at Truist and they are not to happy with how the bank is run either. That says volumes people!!!!

Never had a bank where I couldn't go in and get a printed check so I can pay a bill across the country. I'll be seeking out a new bank immediately

Can’t get anything done without waiting one hour or more . Multiple times waited 1 to 1.5 hours get wire transfer . After merger it seems like they have gone downhill.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with! Took 3 months to get check for our business. We ordered them 3 times before we got them. The people there have do idea what they're doing. Any time I'm there, there's other people having problems with them. I would not recommend them to my enemy!

Drove to my local trust to deposit some money so I could make labels for my online store. ATM just loading and loading. Desperate I just drove to another truist in the next town and the ATM is down there too!! I’m just not happy with Truist what so ever! My fiancé has an account with them too (switched from Suntrust) and he dislikes this bank more than me!! I’m about to be done with you Truist!!
