Truist, a local banking institution, offers a mixed experience for customers. The drive-through teller is fast and easy, though the ATM may be too tall for some cars. Customers report friendly service in the past, but recent experiences indicate long wait times in the lobby with limited staff assistance. However, one customer had an exceptional experience with Rebecca, who took the time to ensure they got the loan they needed. Another customer, assisted by Robert Gavin, also praised the bank's considerate and efficient service. Overall, Truist provides a varied level of customer service, with some positive and negative experiences reported.
Slowest service ever. took so long I left. Don't go to this branch unless you have nothing else to do today.

Awful experience banking with Truist. Never received my debit card and I was notified it was delivered. Called the bank, well likely a call center in India. They said they couldn't verify my account because they needed to know the amount of my last debit transaction which obviously was none.

Truist will always let you down. Especially when you need it most.
