BJ's Wholesale Club is a clean, well-organized, and friendly store offering a wide selection of brand name and store brand merchandise. Members can shop in-club or online for bulk groceries, paper products, TVs, tires, and holiday needs, often at good prices lower than grocery stores. The food selection and quality is very good and a fraction of the cost of popular grocery stores. Many use their membership mainly for food. The store has a helpful staff, with associates providing knowledgeable and easy service, such as assisting with orders through the BJ's app. The optical center receives praise for its hard-working service. However, some note the deli counter is often understaffed, leading to long waits. While gas is cheaper and offers member discounts, the card scanners at the pumps can be problematic. Some prices are higher than directly comparable items at competitors like Sam's Club. Overall, it is a valued destination for big families and parties, with members enjoying digital coupons and cash back benefits.
Great big box store with lots of choices. Great deli with unbeatable meat and cheese choices.

Great store. Always clean and great variety. Dont pay attention to all the Karen's useless complaints. Never have had one issue as we are polite and so is everyone who works there.
