“Used my Costco card to pay. Sam's Cash back is a joke. I want cash back, CASH, not an incentive to shop your store! Gas station was great btw”

“Busy store, but it helps to have a scan and go feature on your phone to get out. That is one of the pluses that Costco does not have. Need to do better in taking your order for food. The line can be very long and service is slow. Very good prices for hot dogs, pizza ice cream and etc.,but be prepared to wait.”

“I love the member prices! Yes, I have to buy more product than I expect, but then I only have to go shopping once or maybe twice a month. I still shop at the other local stores like Publix or Walmart etc… but that only for smaller items because they are too expensive to shop for all my groceries there. Especially meats!!”

“Two days after the last blurb noting deficiencies in Sam's Gas Pump operations, they have half the pumps now (6 pumps) cordened off. How does this benefit tbe Customer ? Lines are still insane although it appears there is an attempt at active management of this "situation". At least one of the active pumps still shut off involuntarily several times during fill up.”
