“Morena is absolutely the best hair stylist in Port Charlotte. I have had the pleasure of knowing her for almost two years. I went to her yesterday for color and it was amazing! She was patient and knowledgeable. My blonde highlights came out fantastic!She also does wonderful roller sets and a great blowout after. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist in SW Florida!”
“I absolutely love Ross, there is such good stuff and they have name brand stuff like Nike and under armor. Got my daughter a bunch of under armor shorts for such a great deal, they also have name brand makeup products like langeige lip mask or too faced makeup stuff. Love this store”

“This is my first time in this store, it was OK, I felt that they could’ve used more changing rooms so people could get in and out faster. It was a bit disorganized and not exactly handicap friendly when you’re trying to shop in small aisles, I did buy a few discounted items, but overall this place reminded me of any Marshall’s/HomeGoods store located in New York. “Great variety of items and price points. New items, used /vintage, original artists, etc. availability is ever changing. I think this is a space where multiple artists and vendors sell their wares. Soaps, artwork, furniture, clothing, housewares, decor, etc. They've got it all. Ever-changing availability.”
“I came in while on vacation- and needed to return / an or exchange my shorts for another size and I came in on a Tuesday morning and I believe I talked with a manager She was the NICEST lady I’d ever met in a retail Shop. She helped me get the right size and was beyond helpful!”
“I stopped by Plato’s Closet yesterday and had such a great experience! Emily, Faith, and Justine were all working and gave amazing customer service — super friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The whole atmosphere was upbeat and inviting, making it such an easy and enjoyable visit. I dropped off my buy and the process was quick and smooth. Everyone took the time to explain things clearly, and you could tell they really care about their customers. It’s always nice walking into a place where the staff is smiling and genuinely enjoys what they do. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Plato’s Closet — I’ll be back for sure!”
“On Oct. 16 my daughter and I came in for her some new jeans. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by all the employees who were all very busy stocking and doing things. My daughter needed help finding the right style jeans and a very nice employee gladly helped. I do not know her name but I assume she was the manager on duty as she used the opportunity to help us to train another employee how to search up items and ect. Just want to say the curly blonde hair manager is a absolute rockstar with customer service and should be considered for a raise or promotion of some sort. Thank y'all very much for your help”
“Definitely a bit messy, there were kids running all around, parents not watching, things being pulled off shelves, one child dropped a glass picture frame, unattended. What a nightmare for these employees! I did find an item that was in my reno list for my bathroom. Employees were nice.”
