“I was hacked from my online bank so I was forced to open up another account. I live very close to this location and my landlord has been a customer for over 15 years now. I signed up online but couldn't create a log in so I had to go into the branch. I was a little annoyed because I hate dealing with bank reps and long lines knowing that this is a busy location. The place was busy but as soon as I walked in I was greeted quickly and noticed they had a lot of employees there. The lady took my info and with in a few minutes I was talking to a rep about my account. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. My situation was handled fast and efficient and I was able to walk out with a new debit card in hand. I'll keep both banks for now. One that I can walk into and deposit cash or deposit cash into the atm which works fine and the other for my main use. Regions was my last brick and mortar and they pissed me off a long time ago. Give Sun Coast a chance! I highly recommend them!”
