I had to go-to the branch by 41 and the atmosphere was totally the opposite. Rude, snappy when answering a question and not friendly at all. It's a good thing I went to the Peachland branch to open my new account because if I had gone to the one off of Forrest, I would have walked out and went to a different bank to open an account. Ashley, Mrs. Gomez, and all the other bank associates at Peachland could teach the other branch how it should be when dealing with customers.”

The two heroes of this branch are Stacey and Kristopher. From the moment you arrive you are greeted and they let you know that you will be taken care of quickly and they will satisfy your needs. “Friendly 11 months ago great service. Now- oct 2023 you cant get any help in the lobby. 1 person to wait on 6 people needing help. Ridiculous. Wait time is literally an hour for services that cannot be completed online or in drivethru. Tried an appointment- still waited 30 minutes, and no one even asked or cared that we had an appointment.”
