I had to go-to the branch by 41 and the atmosphere was totally the opposite. Rude, snappy when answering a question and not friendly at all. It's a good thing I went to the Peachland branch to open my new account because if I had gone to the one off of Forrest, I would have walked out and went to a different bank to open an account. Ashley, Mrs. Gomez, and all the other bank associates at Peachland could teach the other branch how it should be when dealing with customers.”

We started banking there in 2015 when we moved to Florida. Always very friendly and helpful employees.
Love this branch that is just down the road from our house. If you lose or need to replace a card they can do so at this branch. Very convenient. They are also opened half a day on Saturday which is nice.
The ATM is a walk-up at the front doors rather than drive thru. But there is enough parking and I haven't had to wait but a moment or two if someone was there before me.”

The two heroes of this branch are Stacey and Kristopher. From the moment you arrive you are greeted and they let you know that you will be taken care of quickly and they will satisfy your needs. They meet and exceed all expectations. I have dealt with Bank of America for over forty years for two business and this is be far the dynamic duo out of five states.
