“Busy store, but it helps to have a scan and go feature on your phone to get out. That is one of the pluses that Costco does not have.
Need to do better in taking your order for food. The line can be very long and service is slow.

“Awesome wine & spirit liquor store located right next to Publix.
It’s pretty small but you can find a bit of everything with the same awesome Publix savings.
We bought a bottle of rum that was on sale with a $6 discount. If you’re in a rush and go during a busier time there might be a bit of a line but nothing a little bit of patience for the hard working staff can’t fix :)
Also, super convenient location to go after doing some grocery shopping at Publix.”

“Two days after the last blurb noting deficiencies in Sam's Gas Pump operations, they have half the pumps now (6 pumps) cordened off. How does this benefit tbe Customer ? Lines are still insane although it appears there is an attempt at active management of this "situation". At least one of the active pumps still shut off involuntarily several times during fill up.”

“THE LIQUOR STORE HAS SOME GREAT PRICES. They list the sale price in their flyer but should also list the original price. That way people would be able to see how much they are really saving.. The sale should also be changed more than once a month. It would get people motivated once they see the flyer.”

Very professional and caring. My prescription was filled quickly, and correctly. Price was great as well. Store was very clean and organized. I tried two other national-branded pharmacies before I found this CVS. This is my new pharmacy.”

“This pharmacy is amazing! We have used other pharmacies and this one is by far the most helpful! We have transferred all our medications there that we can. I’m sure the fact that we treat everyone with kindness and respect goes a long way with them as well, but there have been times where I have forgotten to call in a refill or needed something quickly after a procedure and they have always been so accommodating. The pharmacist has always been available to answer questions and the staff is wonderful, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable!! I never feel rushed and they get our medications filled quickly. They also have called the doctor to clear up confusion in the past without us even having to ask. Would recommend to anyone and everyone! We have NEVER had a bad experience. They can get really busy at times but you just have to remember they are doing their best and they will give you the same attention when it’s your turn as they are giving to people in front of you in line. Never once have I felt like I was a bother or that they didn’t have time for me. Fabulous staff! Every single one of them!!”
“Went to do normal shopping after completely scanning all groceries and having them loaded into cart computer crashes. We had to start all over at another register. Customer behind me loses his mind instantly demanding a manager. Now keep in mind there's self checkout he could of easily went too. He had 10 items if not less. Julia held herself together strong and kept a smile the whole time. kept scanning my groceries. Whole process took less then 15 minutes. My kind of store and will keep coming back!”
“Walgreens manages to keep it all together and retain their employees. Meanwhile CVS is a ghost town at checkout, encouraging self check, the isles are blocked with boxes of stock. Thank you Walgreens for keeping it together. :)”

“My wife and I love this pharmacy. For better or worse, my wife is on a first name basis with most of the staff (lots of meds.) They are always friendly and are helpful when there is a glitch with the prescription insurance coverage. It's a shame there are so few reviews that the few people who complain have dragged down the overall rating.”
“Charlotte Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I can't help but wonder why big chain pharmacies, i.e., CVS, Walgreens, etc., are unable to fill prescriptions (anything from antibiotics to controlled substances) in less than five or six hours (sometimes the next day!) when Charlotte Pharmacy can do it in five minutes or less. Prices are comparable, and insurance is accepted. I'll be moving out of State soon and will miss this small but great business. Thank you for your excellent service over the past several years.?”
“Going to Walmart pharmacy was great. It’s five minutes from my house and everyone was extremely nice. It’s a pleasure to go to a pharmacy where everyone is friendly. These pharmacies get thousands of prescriptions and sometimes pharmacist can be very rude, but I have not had that experience at Walmart. now, Walgreens on the other hand, that’s another story.”

“Heather is the Best. She works in The Bakery. Best customer service. Always greets you with a smile, from start to finish and will complete your Oder while you shop, and made with love for your enjoyment. Where most give you excuses and tell you , they haven’t been trained or you have to pick it up in morning, Heather gets the job done with a smile. Definitely a plus to Publix and outshines most of the Bakery department. Hats off to Heather. Another Shining Star in The Bakery Department Is the Manager Bridget, Also Greets You with a Huge Smile offering Assistance. She actually trained Heather, Wich explains The Great service. First time meeting Bridget they didn’t have what I was looking for and with that captivating Smile, she said I can Make that. I can’t say enough Good things about these two. I pass a Publix to get to this one because of Bridget and Heather. Both are Heaven Sent if you have a Sweet Tooth”
