He was knowledgeable and thorough, and took the time to physically show me the available options rather than just describing them, no pressure, no rush. You can tell he actually wants to help, not just check a box. This is exactly the kind of service you hope for but don't always get, and it's the reason I'm leaving this review. “Needed to drop off a 5x8 trailer rental on a Sunday. Called spoke with Jade, no problem, come on down. Easy return entrance. Promptly an attendant Kingsley came out checked lights. Said thank you. Unhinged the trailer and we left. Great experience, the rental a a bit painful though. Expensive I found”
