“I was having trouble getting a refund back from my unit in Nokomis , corporate was silly dallying and Jessica simply circumvented it all by giving me a credit for the refund on my rent and just like that problem solved! Thank you Jessica for making my problem disappear! That’s what I call great customer service!!”

“Lee and Tom were very helpful. Just came to rent a UHaul and ended up renting a storage unit as well. Lee thoroughly explained My Place incentives and the UHaul special if you move into storage at the same time. We felt like it was an easy couple of WINS for my Wife and I. Property is well maintained and the friendliness of the office staff sold us as well. So happy to have met Lee and the entire process was made easy by her!”

“Smart stuff is a really great place to have a Storage Unit. Even though it’s not private, it’s just protected by a roof. It has a private door with a code. The employees are extremely nice and you can actually talk to somebody which is a plus. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage unit with a roof overhead. We had a camper there and then we had a boat there and it protected It from sun destroying it!! And very reasonable compared to most”

“I have been using this location for MANY years, about 20 or so, and have NEVER had a complaint. Give them a shot. Richard P.S. After posting my review I read some of the other reviews. I noticed one that gave a 1 star review because of bugs. The facility can only do so much about bugs. I don't care if they spray every morning, all it takes is someone to bring in a load of junk from their home or another storage unit if they moved. Who knows what the other location would have been like. Also, keep in mind that you unit is up against several other units depending on your location and even if the complex sprayed that morning who knows what bugs may have moved in that afternoon. If bugs are that important to you the buy a sprayer!! Went there again, got what I needed and Wendy was VERY nice again as usual. Richard”
