She made it extremely easy and she has very good patient’s as well. She took her time and answered all of our questions when it was time to pick up our U-Haul, we were in and out with no problems whatsoever she explained everything to us from uploading the drivers license to verifying our equipment before we left the Property I highly recommend this location. The office was very clean. The property was very clean. Really a one stop shop had all the boxes and everything I needed there great price they beat Walmart and their Storage is also great priced as well. I highly recommend this location. “Needed a vehicle to move stuff from Spring Hill to Port Charlotte. Called the day of the move and ended up having to take a 15' box truck (one way trip) which was way bigger than needed but the price was very reasonable. Actually checked with Penske before committing and they were over double the price ($128 compared to $279).”
“First thing the inside of the truck was not clean, had to go back into the office to talk to the manager about the truck. Manager comes out with cleaning wipe and start cleaning the inside of the truck. Was no happy. Besides that it was okay Manager was awesome.”

“Helped me out greatly. Had a hard time with the U-Haul online stuff which was on the U-Haul side, not the store side. Great people to work with. Trailer was ok, had a few pretty good dings on the fenders but hauled and towed good.”
