“The operator here was excellent. We had made our reservation online. When I arrived, he was working with another client but acknowledged and greeted me by name. When he finished with the prior client, he handled all the paperwork efficiently and led me to where the equipment was already waiting to be hooked up. He made sure I understood the safety briefing and also made sure I had all the contact information in case of emergency.
I returned at the same location and everything went smoothly.”
“Rented a Uhaul truck. It was clean, had 3/4 tank of gas, and even had blankets for protecting my furniture. The rental agent was inside a convenience store, and the agent handled the rental contract quickly while also attending to store customers at the register. The truck drove like new, and we were pleasantly surprised by a backup camera on the rear view mirror! They provided a drop box in case we wanted to return it after hours. Great experience, will go back to rent again!”
