The USPS should be shut down and let the private sector deliver packages. The USPS employees and their management are the worst. Shut it down.

Customer service was rude, wouldn’t tell me where my package was located at and simply did not want to help. If you don’t want to be in customer service to help, then maybe you should get another job where you don’t have to speak to people!
