“Had a good experience at Chase Bank on Nova in Port Orange on Wednesday. I was impressed on how organized they were and how great the customer service was. Came in to have a form notarized. When walking in I was approached immediately by a young lady that asked me if I needed assistance. After telling her why I was there she immediately called for a notary person to assist me. The person came out from behind the counter and took me right to her cubicle where we exchanged pleasantries and got what I needed done. When I was done the they all wished me a good day. Other banks should take notice and follow Chase banks example. Glad this is my primary bank.”

“Went in to close an account that I’d inherited, and wound up almost sad to have done so. Raia a CSR provided superlative customer service, and was very thorough in following SOP. BoA should consider Raia an asset to the branch. Took off a star because the branch mgr or asst mgr advised a teller to take a customer next who was seated and not on the business line because she has trouble walking. And the teller then promptly forgot.”

“We recently had to deal with this branch in order to handle the accounts of our aged Uncle whose affairs we had to assume as we were putting him into a Memory Care facility. It's true what people say they don't answer the phone there, you just go through a carousel of recordings which is very frustrating, but once you go to the branch everyone is very helpful. Ours was a complicated situation, but banker, Joe Spencer was very knowledgable and helpful in getting accomplished what needed to be done, and he did it in a timely fashion. The tellers are friendly and efficient . Aside from not answering their phone, this is an excellent Wells Fargo Branch.”
