“I have no idea why this branch has 2.5 stars, this is one of the few banks where I've gotten world class service.Karen, and her team helped me years ago, when no other bankers could. Bob, who's part of the commercial team, helped me adjust my business strategy to align with my longer term goals and walked me through their underwriting process. I've gotten to know these people and at this branch, it's true relationship banking.Ann Marie, the current manager, helped me open accounts for my estate and new businesses, she's one of the few bankers who understands complex and simple trusts, limited partnerships as well as multilayer corporate structures.She was on a call with me helping me get wires setup on my online banking for half an hour while I was waiting to catch a flight. It just cleared successfully because of her help, my staff can get their funds.Even if they're stretched thin, or there's a rush of customers I know that we're going to be banked and the last thing on my list of worries is the relationship I have with Truist.I sought out this branch when they were SunTrust and they have ALWAYS done right by me.P.S. If you have serious work to do, or something with added complexity, try not to go before close because there's often a rush then.Call ahead of time if you can, and if it's an emergency appointment, take a deep breath because you're in really good hands.All the bestRH”

“Went in to close an account that I’d inherited, and wound up almost sad to have done so. Raia a CSR provided superlative customer service, and was very thorough in following SOP. BoA should consider Raia an asset to the branch.
Took off a star because the branch mgr or asst mgr advised a teller to take a customer next who was seated and not on the business line because she has trouble walking. And the teller then promptly forgot.”

“I went to have some documents notarized. Easily made an appointment online. Arrived and was greeted with excellent customer service. Provided a water while I waited, which wasn't long. Manager assisted me promptly and got my paperwork notarized and I was on my way shortly. An unexpected excellent customer experience from a large bank. Not the experience I've had in the past. A very welcomed change!”
