he went above and beyond ! he understands what customer service actually means (even if I didn’t get the phone I would return just for his customer service!!!
He didn’t let me leave that store, until I had everything I needed.
Curt had to call my old phone company and even though they gave him an extremely hard time, he still pressed forward and made sure that didn’t stop what I needed done. Simply amazing I was overwhelmed and frustrated he saw that and made sure I left with my service and everything I needed. Thank you soooo much you made my day”

Only because I dropped equipment off and no one told me it's technically not a drop off location so I got an email shortly after I dropped it off saying I would be charged for the spectrum equipment, because they didn't receive it. I went back up there the next day and was helped by someone else. She gave me a receipt for my equipment to ensure I would not be charged!”
