“For someone who complained about cigarette smoke, not sure if they understand. If you're allowed to speak your mind people are allowed to inhale whatever they want as long as it is legal. There's no smoking in any of the post office facilities. Nor do they have a ashtray outside of the entry doors. One it's very unprofessional no one wants to smell freedom of inhale and exhale nicotine. How do you think we feel when people saturate themselves in colognes and perfumes. As we are choking, should we approach you or leave a bad review under you? Because you seem to lack common sense for hygiene. What's acceptable and what is a street worker. No I'm not talking about Construction!
Maybe next time if person wants to complain about smell they should shoot a video and try to catch that scent. So they can post it and complain about it and get their reviews so they can stay home and do videos! About everything that annoys them. Then no one would be working!”
“This has been my favorite post office in the area for decades , the friendliest staff of them all. I will not go to any of the others. Everywhere but this place has rude employees. I wish they all could be like this place.”
“This post office is tucked inside the mall. If you park by Publix you have to walk all the way back on the left side. There is a door near the back that will make it a shorter walk. Look for the drop box outside. There was no line when I went and the person who helped me was suuuuuuper nice. Don't tell anyone about this office. It should be a secret. The less people know about it the better.”
“As others have noted, they deal in cash. My brother and I got our passports here a number of years ago and they wouldn't take his credit card as payment and said there are too many fraud issues with credit cards. But for some reason, they accepted my debit card as payment for the passports! Mind boggling. I don't know if they accepted the debit card because the transaction cost was in excess of $600 or if I was being treated as a special customer or if things have changed since then or what...”
“These employees work hard and make do. Pam especially, watched her handle a rude costumer very well and may god bless her because I wouldn’t have been able to be that kind! Thankful for these hard working employees and hope they are appreciated more!”

“Even on Saturday mornings 🌞📦, when the post office is usually very busy, the line moves quickly and efficiently. The postal service employees are always helpful, polite, and friendly, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Parking is generally easy to find, which is another plus.
I also appreciate having the option to send packages 📦 even when the post office is closed. However, I personally prefer coming during business hours because I enjoy the friendly and helpful service provided by the postal service team. Overall, I always have a positive experience here.”

“The personnel at this post office are very friendly and accommodating. I have gone in there multiple times, and the line is backed up pretty far. They are so quick and efficient in servicing the people. I don't think I have waited even 10 minutes before being helped. Definitely my go-to post office!!!”
