“I was introduced to a guy named Ethan and he said hey Bub how can I help you. It's hard to trust people in this world but this guy really proved himself and threw the expectations over the top. I only came here once before so I tried them again and they were wide open no customers. Ethan really treated me with the utmost respect and went straight to the points on all of my problems with my tire. I said it was a small leak he found instantly a quick little slash on the top he investigated it and said that even though there's a slash there's no leak there but he found the leak somewhere else inside of my rim where it was a crack. He went straight to the point. He didn't try to upsell me he didn't try to take advantage of me which is one of my most biggest fears. Ethan really gained the trust from me in literal seconds the way that he was showing me all types of things. He could have showed me the Slash and told me that's the reason why your tire is leaking and made me buy an expensive tire but he did not do that. He literally said this could be the problem and showed me the actual problem. I left out of there by paying a low $20 for a tire rotation while he fixed the leak practically for free. Then he fixed my cracked rim which I had to go purchase a solution he applied the solution and used a tire sealant which is the only product that I paid for at the location which was $20. So I gave Ethan a great $10 tip and my tire won't be leaking no more and it was just an amazing experience here at tire City of Volusia county. Thank you to the crew at tire City of Volusia county and especially thank you to you Ethan, you are the Bub!”

“Keith saved the day! He showed up and helped me tow my jet ski back home when the trailer tire failed while on the way to the boat launch. My experience started with great service from Angie dispatching Keith to help us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. “I have seen some poor reviews on this company and I struggle to understand why. Maybe just because people are overwhelmed at the loss of their vehicles for whatever reason. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I went there to clean out my vehicle after a devastating crash caused by the other driver . Based on the reviews I was apprehensive about how this was going to play out. What I found was one of the most helpful interactions with the people that worked there. The lady that checked me in and took my information was extremely friendly and kind and helpful with a good sense of humor. The two yard employees were nothing short of exceptional offering to help me in any way they could. Very courageous and personable.I had a pickup that was full of tools and a ladder that was too large for the vehicle I was using to retrieve my stuff. They all had no issues with me leaving and returning with a trailer to complete the job. (Receiver was in the truck so couldn’t bring the trailer to start with)They gave me all the time I needed and asked me multiple times if they could do anything. I was truly grateful and impressed . I just wish I had gotten their names to call out but they know who they are. Thank You. If I ever need a tow company in the future they will be the first call.”

“Nobody wants to leave a five-star review after being towed. But my son's car was towed on New Smyrna Beach and the office staff was very nice to them when they had to pick up the car. And in a crazy time like this it was nice that they still treated young teenagers with respect.”

“It was a hot Sunday evening and was coming home from work when my tensioner pulley broke. They came and got me as soon as they could and also gave me a ride home. The young man, Riley, was courteous and pleasant. The wait sucked but it was through my insurance. I didn't have to pay anything nor sign anything. Thank you very much Volusia county towing. Dueces to you.”
