“Stopped in today with a defective (very expensive) Optima battery that was still well within the warranty period. Travis tested & exchanged it in less than 5 minutes, no questions asked. I only shop at O'Reilly for all my auto parts, and the Port Richey FL location is always top notch!”
“Alec was great! I went in to get a key fob cut and replaced. I didn’t have an appointment and they were very fast and friendly. I was also picking up batteries.. And Alec informed me that there was a sale going on for batteries that were just as good.”
“Kevin was so helpful and knowledgeable, but most importantly he was honest! I had an oil change coupon for Sun Toyota which I have been going regularly every 5000 miles so I had that done Friday. The mechanic sent a video to my phone while I waited for my car and everything that was told to me that was wrong with my car Kevin proved was not! It is extremely refreshing to find someone who has integrity and exceeds the requirements of their job title! Absolutely amazing job, I am extremely grateful 🙏☺”
“I would just like to leave five stars here despite not having purchased any parts from this location. The gentlemen that work at this location are super knowledgeable and friendly and go above and beyond in their customer service. I called about a part over the phone and wasn't unable to go get it immediately. I was blown away when he offered to have somebody drive it out to me. I said it wasn't a big deal and I would have a vehicle to go pick it up shortly. When I did come in to pick it up there was a miscommunication of my end and they'd pulled the wrong part and didn't have the one I actually needed currently in stock but they went ahead and called the nearest location that had it and told them to pull it and have it ready for me. You don't get that sort of service anywhere these days but I do greatly appreciate it. So kudos to you guys and thanks!”
“Came in with a simple fix to most but without proper tools the job couldn't be done. Jordan automatically helped me with everything including replacing the other side as well without me asking. He was beyond knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for your help 🙏”
