Brought my printer in for repair. While standing at the counter the tech pulled the paper tray, put it back in, fidgeted with a couple of other parts with his fingers and....BINGO!!! Printer repaired! Didn't even charge me. This guy has a real fortay for this business. Thank you, Best Buy!

LIAM IS THE MAN!!!! I bought my girlfriend a Samsung TV for her birthday here and coincidentally it had a problem 15 or 16 days after the date of purchase. It was a brand new tv. He made sure to take care of us and allowed us to exchange for a new one. Will 100% be bringing my business back to this store! Thanks again Liam!
