“My phone has not worked for a week several çalls into tech service, screen repair. I was so upset I thought I was going to lose everything. The gentleman Mike was so kind to take the time to walk me through the process and he fixed it in less than an hour, it would not have even taken that long if I had remembered my password, he didnt flinch at my having to reset then and taking up his time. Fixed my phone, was pleasant and patient!! Thank you again Mike with Bee!!”

“This place is awesome! The folks here are always so helpful. We stopped in a few weeks ago to upgrade the husbands phone before our hiking trip to Spain, but forgot to ask about the international calling plans. So we were in the area and popped in and asked what we needed to know to use our phones if we get lost, need to make a reservation and since our hike is six weeks long and over 500 miles we will need to pay bills online while we’re there. The folks at Verizon were awesome! Gave us multiple ideas and helped us find the easiest and most affordable way to take care of business while in Spain.”
