“I've been to this laundromat several times and it's definitely the best in the area. It's clean and welcoming, and Emily is a perfect example of that; she always helps me with kindness and professionalism. The dryers work very well; just be careful with the time you set and read the instructions posted. Thank you, Emily, and the Whiskaway team!”

“Amazing service, always friendly, very quick turnaround and quality work. The only negative thing i can say is that they short-change their staff by not allowing tips via card. No one uses cash these days. I think it's ridiculous that we can't tip using a card in 2026.”

“The place is not a palace but JOANNE is great. She does my laundry about every two weeks till the storm and I couldnt get it done due to the storm. I am very jappy with how Joanne does my clothes. She is awesome. And I hope they finish with all the people who got flooded so I can get my clothes done .Joanne is a valuable asset to this business.”

“I was nervous to go to a laundromat when my dryer recently broke, because I had bad experiences many years ago when living in other areas. But this laundromat was amazing! I went before lunch on a Thursday, so it was the morning crowd. People were chatting with each other as they waited for the loads to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There is no staff on site, but they have a phone number to call if you have any problems. While I was there, another company was repairing a light fixture. I'm guessing that the owners do not let repairs go long without being addressed as the rest of the facility was clean and in good working order. Each machine has a QR code which when scanned with a smartphone guides you to download an app and pay digitally. There are also two coin machines that take $1, $5, $10, and $20. The dryers cost 25 cents for 5 minutes. That might sound like a lot, but the dryers are amazing. I was able to fit two full loads from my washing machine at home into one dryer at this place. It was full of very wet towels, and it still only took 30 minutes for them to get completely dry. In fact, they were a little too hot, so I'm going to try only 25 minutes next time. That comes out to only $1.25 or $1.50 for enough clothes to fit in two domestic washing machines. The next time my washer or dryer breaks, I know exactly where I am going. I'm actually kind of looking forward to it :)”
