I found out I wasn’t in the right truck (it had cigarette burn in seat and dog feces in the back) and the car dolly was not dispatched properly because it was on a maintenance order to be fixed. Sarah was excellent! She took control and did all she could do to help my daughter and I get it properly returned and a little refund for the truck issues. She made things as comfortable and easy as possible for us. I am very thankful for her. Just amazing!”

The entire building is locked and each customer gets a secure code. I got a 10 x 10 unit, the lock and key was provided with the unit, and I even got a little extra space free the way it was set up. “Have been here for several years now and just wanted to say they have recently updated the port richey location - paved roads, intstalled lighting, etc. I have personally found the staff to be quite helpful and fair and if your looking for a workshop you would be hard pressed to find a better spot”

“The staff was great Customer service absolutely perfect the fact that you can have 24-hour access is unbelievably wonderful and convenient and it is just a great place to do business with so far so good and they're very up with technology say current with it they're not running in the dinosaur age but the prices are great I just have nothing negative to say about them so far but you know as well as I do people that things can change in a heartbeat! But as for right now so far the place is wonderful clean it just a great place that's about all I can say but believe me if I had something negative to report I will definitely record that unlike the average human learn more likely to report negative then positive. So I will keep everyone aware, if things change. Everyone stay safe stay healthy God bless you all and always remember kindness goes farther than meanness and try to leave your life as Jesus would want you to because being a selfish lying to face rude etc jerk is no way to live.
