I bought my tires online and they were shipped here for installation. The guys were courteous and and apologized for the longer than usual wait. It was a Sunday, i had nowhere to go so I didnt mind. Its been a while since ive been to a Pep Boys, but their service standards haven't changed and im thankful for that.

All the front employees, mechanics and advisor Amerigo, were excellent. The store General Manager, however, needs replacement.
