“This U-Haul location has it together! Had my u box dropped off here, it came 7 days early!! They put it inside their unloading area where I had so many days to unload it. It was so simple to use one of the many carts they had available to take my personal belongings from the U box directly to my storage unit or my car. The building was very clean, well lit, easily accessible right up to the front door, never had problems with enough parking, and in 1.5 years the elevator to the second floor was down for a few days. I can't say enough about the efficiency, accessibility, and ease of using this U-Haul had been in a moving and storage transition.”
“Great visit to this location. Staff was helpful and very friendly and respectful. They had my appointment in the system and had my UBox Rental ready for me when I got there. They made sure I knew where to go. They are big location with tons of rentals available and storage available as well. I recommend using their services and don't feel uncomfortable heading up there. I felt very welcome there and not like an inconvenience. Really laid back staff. Glad that's where I am doing business.”
