“Convenient location - you can't always park right in front of the ATM but I promise you they have a large parking lot right next to the bank for bank customers and if you park near the handicap spots, there is a ramp directly to the ATM and front entrance. I was helped inside the bank with only a minute or two wait.”

“I was a bit hesitant to go to this location because of the bad reviews but so glad I decided to come here. I recently opened an account at Wells Fargo and part of the requirement was to deposit a certain amount of money within a specific time frame. Because I have a packed travel schedule, I stopped by this branch to make the deposit. The branch where I opened my account recommended that I deposit cash so there wouldn't be a hold. Reviews from another platform said that this branch didn't accept cash deposits so I was hoping that wasn't the case. Plenty of spaces in the private parking lot and there's an ATM in front of the bank. I was greeted promptly when I arrived. Two cashiers/tellers were working the windows and at least one other employee was at the desks. Rosanna was very patient and helpful - I didn't know my account number as it is a new account and was having trouble logging into the app. She took the cash and promptly deposited it into my account. Within minutes, it showed in the app. I'd bank here again.”

The only thing I can complain about is the ATM they offer, it's very slow and once the bank closes, deposits must be made via an ATM which is very slow... I think they should upgrade that ATM to another one that is faster .”

“This review is strictly on the ATM because I did not experience the customer service inside the building. In need of cash for an event in the area, I found my Chase Bank here. I am familiar with drive-thru ATMs, so I drove around looking for it. Sadly this location does not have one and I had to go inside. It does not bother me, but there was a conflict with cops in the parking lot up front. I was scared to get and go in. I ventured off inside to retrieve the cash from the ATM. I do not like these ATMs inside because I have to put my hand inside the machine. It slides open and forces you to put in your hand. My anxiety kicks into high gears because I am the one who thinks the machine will close chopping off my hand. I was safe. Convenient location for Chase Bank users and the use of the ATM machine. Plenty of parking and feels safe to get out.”
