Kai was fabulous! I have had issues with my phone not being able to make calls since 4 days after purchase and have taken it in to different stores and even contacted 611. Went to the Port St John location and Kai had it working in less than 5 minutes. It was just a setting!!! Thank you soooo much Kai.
