The people who work there lied and sold me a USED phone with the last customers info still in it, as NEW. And when I brought the phone home it was not able to receive or make calls. The employees refused to do anything about it. Metro customer service told me I need to buy a new phone and that was the only way to fix it. Absolute waste of money and service. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION

Crystal is absolutely amazing! Best experience I've ever had at a metro location. My father is currently at another provider but will be transferring his service to Metro Monday! I honestly was considering leaving but after speaking with Crystal I've decided to stay and bring all my family and friends with me!

Just switched a few days ago from cricket switch all four lines. Jackie was able to connect 2 iPhones with insurance to protect my investments and also get 2 other amazing androids for my mother in law and my daughter. So happy I was able to switch and that the employee listen to my concerns and gave me the best plan and features that better fit my needs. Will be doing more business here in the near future. Highly recommend this store.

I want to get a phone at MetroPCS earlier this month and Jackie helped me she listened to me and she gave me a good phone with lots of storage I told her about how I like to take pictures and play games on my phone and she got me the right phone thank you Jackie for such a wonderful experience I will refer you guys keep up the good work
