The owner and the employee I dealt with were super friendly, and the prices were surprisingly competitive. In fact, I was able to get the specialty Purina feed I needed ordered in for a better price than anywhere I found online. This place will be my go to for animal care products and feed into the future.”

P.S. It scares me when I read bad reviews,…especially becuz Sophie DOES pick up stuff off the ground sometimes, as she’s very curious… except if I tell her to “Leave it!”.
I just hope & pray she’s watched well & is caught & stopped IF or WHEN she picks up anything she shld NOT have.
I feel she’s in good caring hands, or, I wld not leave her there. 👍🫶❣”

“I've taken my dog there since we got him. They've taken very good care of him and have gotten to know him pretty well. I also took my car there when she deployed swallowed fishing line. They did surgery, removed the fishing line (10 feet!)and she lived for many more years”
“I love the little pet wash station. I take my furbaby, have a nice Spa day with Coconut papaya shampoo, blueberry face mask, peanut butter toothpaste, a warm blowout and a treat afterwards. They also have a wonderful selection of pet supplies from fish to your large pooch. Really helpful and knowledgeable about their products.”
“I got my Mabel May 23,2025 and she had an episode of low blood sugar within the first couple days having her and the staff was so quick to help us out! I was so grateful for them helping us get her sugar up, as soon as we brought her in she perked right up! But we’ve had our girl for over a year now and I have no regrets we love her so much ❤ thank you breeders pick”
“I have been going to five below for quite some time but I stopped in the Merritt island store on north Courtney pkwy to do some extreme last minute shopping like I actually just forgot gifts by accident and this five below employee named kayla I don’t know her last name? was working there she had told me that her home store was a different location and that she had just moved/transferred to this location and I just wanted to take time to give 5 stars to her customers service for her time she went way above and beyond what is expected from customer service… and its customer service like that that is missing in 2025 and I just want too take 5 minutes and return the favor I definitely wouldn’t take the time to write a bad review for bad customer service I am a small business owner myself and because I understand how hard it is to retain good employees that are willing to go above and beyond what is required is almost unheard of!!!!”
“I took my pet to Petco today and I just wanted to share my experience. I haven't had a lot of good experience with groomers in Titusville since I've been here for the last year. But I called Petco and set up an appointment with Robyn, and they really hit it off. He is 180 pound St. Bernard and he is almost 10 years old. She just dealt with him very well letting him rest when needed and he looked absolutely amazing when I picked him up. All of his white hair was white ,and she just did a really good job. I would definitely recommend this groomer. Definitely knows what she is doing and she cares. She was really wonderful to deal with. My dog Monkey, didn't even want to leave when I came to pick him up, which, normally he does, so that was just a very good sign that he was well taken care of by Robyn. We already scheduled our next appointment with her and will continue to have her as our Groomer. What a great experience!”

“I stop by this Petco about four times a year to pick up saltwater fish, and overall I’ve had consistently good experiences. Their prices are some of the best around, especially compared to specialty reef shops. That alone keeps me coming back.
The saltwater selection isn’t huge if you’re a serious hobbyist looking for rare or high-end species, but for most people wanting to add some colorful life to their tank, they usually have solid options. I’ve found healthy fish at fair prices, which is really what matters.
Staff has been helpful when I’ve had questions, and the store is generally clean and easy to shop. For everyday saltwater additions without paying boutique prices, this location does a good job.”

“I took my 2 big dogs there for a bath. The whole experience was great. I called to verify their hours and the price. Damien answered the phone, advised me the price and hours. When I arrived, Damien welcomed me in and continued to be very helpful. It was my first time coming in and I will be back. The larger chain that offers a self-serve dog wash costs 50% more and doesn't have a private little area for just you and your pets. I will definitely be back.”
