Our visit to Rivergate was very satisfying. Mr. Leonard Medina handled establishing an out of state Estate account for us. He was very professional and patient with all the questions we had for him. We will continue to use Rivergate Chase in the future.

I sat for over 20 minutes to even be acknowledged and the line grew to the end of cubicle before anyone came out of 1 of 2 offices to help anyone. Very poor customer services

This bank is terrible. Their drive thru ATM is always broken (even after getting a fancier one installed). There is no sense of urgency at the drive through! They take their time. I hate coming to this bank.
