My wife went to this chase and was being treated so rude by a lady named Jessica that was shouting and being extremely rude to my wife, if I could leave 0 stars I would, we will never come back to this chase ever again.

The ATMs are always either broken or out of cash. The clerks move slow. It’s just terrible. But I get fees at other ATMs so I’m stuck with them!

Our visit to Rivergate was very satisfying. Mr. Leonard Medina handled establishing an out of state Estate account for us. He was very professional and patient with all the questions we had for him. We will continue to use Rivergate Chase in the future.
