Just moved here and looking for national bank to setup accounts. I live near this branch and thought I would check it out. Then I read the review. I will not be banking with Chase. Reading the reviews with poor customer service pretty consistent at this branch. That is exactly the reason I want to switch banks. I have dealt with 5/3 bank for over 20 years and for the most part content with their customer service. However in the last few years they have moved customer service off shore and I just can't understand half of what the person on the other end of the line is saying. Plus, 5/3 has no branches near me. The closest is West Palm. I went down there once and not impressed with the service I got there so it is time to move on and find a bank with timely, American speaking, polite customer service. Any recommendations?

I walked in to your local bank at 1201 se Port St. Lucie blvd. The quick interaction was a disgrace to your bank.I walked in to get a notary as I’ve been a client of your bank for what over 15 years plus? I met 3 of your employees at the front at 135 pm. They looked as if I annoyed them and I was first embarrassed to walk in as they close at 2.The lady at the front asked me what I needed. I said I needed a notary for a quick signature. She then proceeded to blink her eyes at me and then ask if I banked with chase. I proudly said yes I do.I then gave her the paperwork for a simple notary. She looks at it and says you need 2 witnesses for the paperwork. I looked at her as if she was joking since a notary is the witness. She then refused to notarize my paperwork. What she failed to realize is that the witnesses were for the agency I was doing something with and had nothing to do with a notary. All 3 employees just stared at me as I walked out.Paid $20 at ups. Very unprofessional.

You have no idea how unprofessional theses people were I’m 8 months pregnant I got here at 9:02 when they opened just to get my child permission slip notarized I’m not leaving @ 9:49 ! Just to get a paper signed meanwhile I had to speak up or else I would still be sitting ! Katherine had the most unpleasant attitude when I asked her how much more time? Or is the notary person even here ? She answered every remarkly & says Liz will be right with you meanwhile LIZ WAS STANDING AROUND TALKING WITH ANOTHER TELLER ! I’m waiting patiently but 40mins ? WAITING ? Come on! Unacceptable behavior. Something that was supposed to be in and out lasted almost an hour ? so she can communicate with friends smh. I bank here but to get something notarized I’ll go to TD BANK NEXT TIME SHESHHHH

I got robbed by the bank! Around 2015, someone had hacked my computer without my personal knowledge. They used quickpay to send 700 dollars from my account to someone elses. This bank promised they'd fix it, and what they did instead was send it to their fraud dept who blamed me for the transfer b/c the transfer was initiated from my IP address. OF COURSE THEY DID! internet hackers remotely hacked my damn computer, and Chase ended up drawing money from my account which in the end, was nearly $0. I am on SSDI and they cursed me for the next few months i couldn't pay rent on time, bills.. nada. Ultimately, i was the one that was robbed by the bank. There wasn't a damn thing i could do about it. Tried everything. Chase bankers are crooks... they'll just go dipping into your bank account and accuse you of lying about a bank transfer... Since our government is so corrupted by banks, i didn't stand a chance to get my money back. Shame on the system that allows this.

My husband goes and cash his checks every Friday , he said there’s always a Spanish lady and another one that are SUPER NICE but this time a different lady took care of him but she was friendly at all, he said he did not get a hello or how he wanted his money , she counted the bills and put it right on top of an envelope and didn’t even say bye or have a good day , when he was leaving another gentleman walked in and she was all cheerful to him , my husband never complains but he could definitely tell how different she was towards him .

Quite disappointed with this branch. Went last month to have document notarized, no notary available. Visited again today, May 4, 2023...again no notary available. Rude tellers, spoke with an older, hispanic woman - not customer service oriented. Had to drive to the Jensen Beach branch and what a difference!!! Welcoming and service oriented. Perhaps someone from the Jensen Beach branch can go and retrain your unhappy employees. It shows in their service. Will now drive out of my way to go to the Jensen Beach Branch-EXCELLENT SERVICE! Perhaps follow up on all the negative reviews and do something about it???Thank you.

Antonietta at this branch went above and beyond to help.If I am honest I have not had the best service with Chase in Palm beach County, so maybe its just st lucie. But everyone was so accommodating and kind. Antoinetta is an absolute amazing member of this branch which gives it the stupendous nature I experienced. Thanks again for all your assistance and patience with this client.

Don't got to this bank. Management is terrible and that runs down to the staff. There are a few good tellers, but if you don't get them your in for a bad experience! Manager Arguing with customers when their wrong is never good for business. Now I have to go out of my way to go to a better run branch.

By far, the worst banking institution I’ve ever dealt with. TD is so much more pleasant to deal with. If you ever lose your debit card with chase, it’ll take 3 weeks for a new one. You finally get the new one and it’ll take another 3-5 days for the “computer generated” PIN number to come in a separate envelope. Meanwhile, they no longer print temporary debit cards at the branch. Customer service is absolutely no help, and escalations isn’t either. They also frequently lock you out of their banking app and you have to call or goto the branch to get it unlocked. TD is soooo much easier to deal with. They actually care about customer service (which is something important to me). Maybe Chase is just too big to care.

Ridiculous bank. Corporate needs to step in replace the management. Everyone standing around doing nothing but nobody able to help what would have been a new customer.

I live in Illinois, and I’m here on vacation. Due to an unexpected circumstance, I need to take out of my account at least $5k, but I left my debit card at home. Even if I gave every other proof requested (and that Customer Services told me I could get my money), I could not get any money. I was then suggested to get a cash advance on my credit card… so I can pay them for the favor. To use “policy” as an excuse is unacceptable. The teller didn’t even touch my passport, or call me and email me to confirm my identity even further. And all I can do today is complain here. Soon this account will have the bare minimum until I can finally get out of this corrupted financial system.

Highly disappointed in the customer service of this bank. Specifically the branch itself. I have started a Buisness and wanted to set up a buisness account as well as set up the card reader so I could take customer payments with card rather then only check or cash. They will not allow you to make an appointment in the store the teller knows 0 about setting up an appointment. Just hands me a scrap peice of paper to write my name and number on and informs me she will have an agent call me back. The agent calls me at 15 minutes to closing and doesn't have a voicemail. Never picks up the phone when I call. And when I go in guess what we start the whole process all over again. Poor Customer Service Chase Bank. Get ready to lose another customer.
