Matt was friendly and thorough in helping me and my daughter set up new accounts and explaining all our options. All other staff in the branch we spoke with were also friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to bank at this branch in the future.

They don't follow the policy of the company. They sd that if you don't have a checking account with them you are not considered a customer, no matter what you pay a credit card every month. I call corporate and they don't agree with that.

I have been with Chase Bank for years with accounts and credit cards. This particular branch is the worst I have experienced during all these years. Management should be changed to improve services !

Update from last review. Had a very positive experience when I revisited Chase bank last week. Nick that greeted me at the door was very courteous and welcoming. I met with Liusa, she was very pleasant, thorough, and friendly. This banking experience was way better than the experience I had the week before. I can see that they are working very hard to make their customers feel more valued and appreciated.Thanks Chase for listening to your customers. I was planning to close my accounts after the previous experience I had, but after my last visit my faith has been restored.

Antoinette is the best rep here at chase 5star for her only.The Latin lady all the way at the right cubicle doesnt know what shes doing. Making wait for a card for 2 weeks when she never oredered it

The service here is horrible; the fact that they’re rated 1.9 stars says it all: always super rude and very unwelcoming, says you need to schedule an appt for everything, but never actually helps you set up the appointment. The workers here are disrespectful; not sure why this issue hasn’t been addressed by the company yet. An embarrassment to represent Chase.

The computers were down which is understandable however Ashely?? Behind the counter was very unprofessional to and elderly woman, she mocked and laughed underher breath loud enough for others to hear. When I asked "can I just ask a quick question ". She said "Nope, ask him". I asked my question. The gentelman was very respectful and helpful. She kept going on and on about the other woman saying what am I supposed to do to another coworker that walked up. I then asked her her name she initially refused, until I said I will find out and I am reporting your behavior. I have just switched banks. I am a new customer and have never had someone at the bank act so unprofessional. I am very disappointed. I never complain however this definatly need to be said.

Went in to open 529 account, teller didn't even know what it was.. another teller came to counter... while waiting, I called Chase to make sure there was an advisor that could help me at this branch. I was told Paula was the advisor I needed to speak to, so when the next teller came I asked for an appointment with Paula. New teller told me I would have to speak with Gabbie first who would then make me an appointment with Paula, which wouldn't happen today (its 2:15 PM. ). The teller attempted to make appointment on iPad, asked other teller if Gabbie is on vacation; then said "just put her with Matt". I asked, "can't I just make an appointment with Paula? I was told Paula is who I needed to speak with", they said "no, Financial Advice is separate and this is how it's done". She then gave up trying to make appointment on iPad, and just wrote down my name and number, said someone would call me. I asked "today?" She said "today or tomorrow". There has to be a better way of doing business.
