I am completely dissatisfied at the refusal to honor their own promotion's, I went in to the store on the 22nd and I was very excited to switch my family phone numbers to get them all an iPhone 12 as I’ve always wanted to get them to try Apple and have never had the money to get an iPhone for them. The girl at the counter were not only very rude at the stores, but she also tried to tell me that the total cost of each phone will be $195 and said that was the minimum price for an iPhone 12. I looked at some of the promotional materials and it said no activation fees when porting, and that the iPhone 12 was free. I’ve dealt with prepaid in the past so I know the tax and the first months bill are required but I also know for a fact that doesn’t total $195. I ended up going to a different location (968 SW bayshore blvd ) the girl that was there her name was karen she helped me port my family numbers over to metro and got us to pay $246 out the door for both iPhones including the first month bill and taxes.

Ronnie was knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Excellent experience purchasing a new phone. No upsell and perfect phone for my small business needs. He went the extra mile helping my wife and I. Highly recommend this location over the others in the area.

My daughter who has been a customer of T Mobil for 10 years, buying all her phones and phone products there, Lately she has had a problem with her phone. After switching phones 2 or 3 times in close succession she kept getting locked out and having to come for help. The rep/tech in charge told today, her not to ever come back again. And this was in front of many customers. He pointed to the camera and said it. Is that what you teach your techs, ? humiliation for someone who is having difficulty, after being a loyal customer for 10 years. He needs to lose his job or have a re teaching session..

no buddy can hear me my voice has a lot of static and keeps cutting out. I have two phones one for my wife and bit has the same problems. they are Samsung. my phone number is 772 607 4111. I called metro and was on with a lady for over an hour.. she said she fixed it, but whatever she did the problem is now WORST. Joe Maher. looks lick i will have change to somone else and buy new phones. i would not recamend this company.

I went into Metro PCS cause had problem with my phone. Problem was I 4got to pay my bill. The Man at the counter his name was Princeton and he really lived up to the 1st part of his name helping me. He helped me and even told me about my up grades. I got my upgrade and Princeton even went out of his way and helped me set it up download all my apps and even set me up with a new password. I can't say enough about him. He is a asset to Metro and a great people person. He really needs to stay at this store. Thank you so much Princeton for your help. From a very satisfied Customer.

I've tried calling for 2 days, the store doesn't have a listing. Its the only corporate store to buy a phone between Stuart and Ft Pierce. There's a corporate number to call customer service answered with a few letters and numbers then please leave a message. All the other Metro stores are open but don't sell phones. And I really don't want to drive 30 miles to find there closed. There should be a direct number to the store like all the others have. But there isn't!! I guess I'm actually calling on vacation corporate headquarters? Very frustrating...

I had gone to midway location n the women thwre were so rude and stayed on their phone and said they wouldnt help me. Young lady em at this store help me use my phone explain steps on how to screenshpf and wrote fhem down for me ask how my day was and put a smile so sweet i will only come to see her from now on
