We've had nothing but headaches since our mortgage was taken over by PNC. They "accidentally" did not apply clearly marked additional funds to our balance, instead giving themselves a nice bonus to their interest. They nickle and dime you for everything. We cannot get a clear answer on how to get our PMI deleted. We've been told 'there is no way to directly reach that department'. They've given us the run around despite two snail mail requests for deleting the PMI. Now that we're coming up on the 2 year mark for their legal obligation to delete it, no one will give us a simple answer on whether or not we've reached their threshold for deletion.I will never use PNC for another mortgage and if you have a choice, I would definitely not recommend them.
