The customer service that specifically Destiny was able to help us and show us right where our unit was and we really appreciate everything and all their hard work. were phenomenal she was here to greet as soon as we pulled up and help us out with anything that we needed. They're very nice people outgoing and I suggest renting a unit from them. Besides their prices and their units have great, clean, air conditioning units, and they are the best price around for sure.I would definitely suggest coming over here and checking out the storage units on University.in Port St Lucie west location. Just in case you're wondering it's right across from the stadium the Big Orange building haha.”

“We just had the BEST move ever with DeVries. They were on time, very professional, stuck to their rate quote, and worked so quickly. They were the best team of three men who seemed to enjoy working with each other and were so coordinated; other companies should take lessons from them in teamwork. They carefully and precisely covered every piece of my furniture with heavy furniture wraps and tape, and did not damage or scratch a single thing from my 2/2 condo to my new home. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with all of the furniture placement they delivered. They even tried to repair a table leg that had been weak before the move. Even though we ordered lunch for them (chicken sandwiches, sides and lemonade), they did not stop for one second to eat, and instead asked that it be put in the refrigerator until they were done and ready to leave. I was very happy to microwave their sandwiches before they took off (plus give them a nice gratuity each). It was a long day and their spirits were great throughout. Made it so much more stress free for me. I highly recommend DeVries Moving.”

On this visit Bob the manager was helpful and professional the facility is always clean and bright but people run businesses from there units which is unnerving. “Brittany was so friendly and terrific to work with at Extra Space, she set us up with our unit before we arrived in PSL so we’d be ready to accept our interstate delivery. We found our unit clean and ready to go, with our lock in the unit when we arrived with our van line. She even thoughtfully opened the blister pack for us to make the lock easy to install. While our shipment was being unloaded, one of the movers put two small boxes aside that we wanted to take with us that day, but he accidentally put them near another storage unit customer’s car in the parking lot inside the gate and near our moving van. The car belonged to a couple from near our new neighborhood in Tradition (a woman named Linda D and her husband, who live in Valencia) and they mistakenly took our two boxes when they left the facility. Luckily, I realized they were gone almost immediately, as I had Apple air tags in them and was notified they were leaving the facility. I ran over to see Brittany in the front office and she was able to quickly locate the couple on video, recognized who they were and called them immediately. She was so polite as she informed Linda what happened, explaining that not only were they on video, but were also being tracked with the air tags inside, and asked her kindly to please come back immediately to return our boxes. Linda said she would be back after they finished shopping at Walmart, which took another 45 minutes (1 mile away). I was quite surprised they didn’t simply turn around, as they had just pulled out of the facility one minute before, but was relieved when they finally showed up with our boxes. When they opened their white GE SUV hatch, it struck me that this was probably not a simple mistake, as our boxes were VERY boldly marked with our names in thick black marker on two visible sides that clearly stood out against the other 5 odd-shaped boxes Linda had come to her storage unit to retrieve. And they were not the same type of boxes either; all were completely different colors without any writing on them. Her husband was very apologetic, but Linda very abruptly said, “Good luck!” before hoping back into her car and driving away. Weird. I’m VERY grateful to Brittany for her quick, calm and polite action that resulted in us getting our boxes back, as they contained some family items in them that were irreplaceable. Brittany is a true professional who goes above and beyond to make sure your belongings are secure and your experience is always a positive one. I also like that there are many cameras throughout the facility for added protection. Definitely recommend Extra Space!”
