    Waiting in line at the drive thru as well as inside the bank is always something you can count on. It’s frustrating to say the least.

    A non-client (The third party) who had a check endorsed to them by the original payee of the check who was also a non-client and not present; was the reason explained why the check could not be negotiated. Alternate options were provided to negotiate the transaction.
