TD Bank in general is a disaster, credit card lacks the ability to dispute a charge on-line. Any other bank CC allows the customer to dispute or question a charge on-line and 9 times outa 10 resolve the issue. Not TD Bank, you have to call, speak with some fooland then nothing happens, nothing. I even visited the "bank", spent an hour with a young guy, who tried to resolve the mistake, their mistake and nothing resolved. Once it is fixed, if ever, I will cancel account and never deal with these people again. Avoid at all costs.

This bank has no dispute department, they want you to call them or visit the bank if you have a problem and if you try that it doesn't work....Citi and Wells Fargo both know how to handle disputes on-line. As soon as I straighten out mess that they have made they can have the credit card back. Avoid.

Best customer service ever! I would like to congratulate Kevin, he was so professional and always willing to help with everything i needed. I highly recommend everyone to come and see Kevin, he is bilingual english and spanish. He helped me with the best orientation and greatest resources to my account, he was very honest on everything. Always a bad experience in this bank, thay have me waiting for my check for ove 20 minutes after i hang them out to them to not get it right, please train your workers better

Hackers used this bank to steal 4,000 dollars from my account. They came in with a fake card and stole my money. Obviously, this bank doesn't check IDs and allows this type of illegal activity to happen. I spoke with manager and they could not help me or give me any info as to who stole my money because i do not bank with them. They just gave my money away and helped the thieves. I called police and made a police report. I am disabled and on fix income and a single parent with a child with special needs and now I am wondering how I'm gonna pay my bills.

We have had some mixed experiences at this location, but one thing is consistent. And that is the bank manager john or johann, i couldn't see his name tag. But he goes above and beyond to help. And tries to make sure everyone is helped, as much as he can.

I currently bank with another institution, and I came to this location because I needed a transaction that couldn't be done at my other bank because no branches are in this area. I was immediately greeted by Evelyn and Claudine, the manager at the front counter. Claudine had a huge smile on her face, incredibly friendly. I explained my situation, and she informed me that though they could not do that transaction unless I banked with them, opening an account would take a very short time and encouraged me to see Evelyn. I was already planning on switching banks, so this was the perfect time. Evelyn Ruiz was outstanding and was not only patient with me, but she worked so quickly and thoroughly, and within maybe 20 minutes, I had an account. She answered all of my questions, had a great personality, showed care and concern for my situation, and helped me resolve my issues. Thank you Evelyn and Claudine! Excellent experience, and I am excited to start banking with your institution!!

It is hard for me to believe the negative reviews about what these few people are talking about regarding there feelings towards this branch. I have been banking here at TD for a few years now and have had nothing but the best customer service experiences with everyone who I have delt with. Especially Carrie! She has gone above and beyond for me and my daughter. Genuinely kind women. Thank you Carrie!!!

This TD branch is horrible. I can’t speak for all TD customers and all branches but this specific branch makes me not want to be a TD customer ever again. I would rather eat my own waste. I opened a new account with them and deposited my first check and they held it for 12 days (6 business days). I went into the office and spoke with Ariel and Daisy and they were not help. They just brushed me off and asked for follow up with Diana the next business day and that they would try to expedite my request for the funds to be available sooner. I tried explaining to them I think it’s unfair and I have banked with State Farm Bank, US Bank, Wells Fargo, PNC and Suntrust and this has never happened. I even tried bringing in my paystubs and business card proving it was not a fraudulent check but they didn’t even look at it. I called Tuesday at 4:50 (google says their business hours are until 5pm but their voicemail said 4pm) I left them a voicemail asking for a call back when they can and no one returned my call. I called again on Wednesday and left a voicemail and no one returned my call. I was asking to meet with the branch manager for help. . I did file a corporate complaint because no one reached out to me again. I was able to speak with someone in their corporate retention department who actually cared enough to help and follow up with me. And even though they weren’t able to expedite my funds she still called me back and followed up. I work in a business where customer retention is everything and I understand nowadays most businesses are either understaffed or don’t care about customer experience but I think for a bank it’s really important to care. Especially being located in St Lucie West where there are at least 10 other banking options less than 2 miles away. I would also like to state that rep from corporate said they were understaffed but when I went into the branch there were available reps not answering calls. If you want the worst customer service experience of your life please bank with this TD location.

This place is clean, friendly and very helpful. I've been with this bank since before I moved to Fl from NY, and before it was TD, it used to be Commerce Bank. The transition was seamless and my favorite part is that I can bring my dogs! The only thing I don't like is that they are few and far between.

Absolutely the worst bank in history!! Have had this bank less than a month and everything I try and do in my account turns to sh*t. I've been a bookkeeper for 41 years and have held many bank accounts but this bank has no clue how to manage their accounts. They lock you out of your account, put it on hold and then tell you they don't know why it's on hold and then tell you to come to the bank to get it unlocked!!! No wonder it's always empty!!!!

Awful experience. Due to their lack of knowledge I had a check frozen for over a week . I would avoid this branch at all costs . Went over to the TD Bank on SE PSL Blvd and they atleast tried to reverse their mistakes. Branches like this make me want to take my business elsewhere.
