TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, is one of the 10 largest banks in the U.S., providing more than 8 million customers with a full range of retail, small business and commercial banking products and services at more than 1,200 convenient locations throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Metro D.C., the Carolinas and Florida. The service is very good, and the wait has never been long. The bank employees are attentive, responsible, and helpful in resolving customers' doubts and problems. Customers have had mixed experiences at different TD Bank locations, but the bank managers, such as John/Johann and Carrie, consistently go above and beyond to assist customers. Evelyn Ruiz, in particular, was outstanding in opening a new account quickly and thoroughly, answering all questions, and showing care and concern for the customer's situation. The bank is described as clean, friendly, and very helpful. Customers appreciate the ability to bring their dogs to the bank. While the locations are few and far between in some areas, the overall experience at TD Bank is positive, with friendly and efficient staff dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
