Started being prescribed a medication regularly and this is my first time dealing with a pharmacy frequently. Absolutely run from this Walgreens, cvs for that matter too and go to publix. They never have the two prescriptions I get in stock and they won’t order them until the day pickup is available meaning you have to wait an extra day or two minimum, 4 day wait was my longest. I meet with my dr the same day every month and my prescription pickup now trails my dr appointment by almost 2 weeks since it’s controlled and those wait times mean missed doses. They won’t even attempt to start filling until you call them even if it is pickup day, I waited 2 days once to see if they’d fill it without me calling and no word from them. meds don’t show up on the dashboard most of the time, they straight up lied multiple times when I call the day before, tell me it will be ready in the morning only for me to show up and tell me they’re out of stock so I have to wait a couple more days. I get a specific generic for one of my meds that they don’t keep in stock anymore so I have to call multiple times for them to order it and have it in stock, but they still fail to do that most times. Absolutely horrendous ability to serve customer needs, it is actually a joke.

I personally waited over an hour and eleven minutes on the phone because the automated system could not locate my account. After finally reaching the pharmacy, I was disconnected right before my turn. When I called back and asked for a manager, she was able to reconnect me—but not before I was given an unnecessary lecture by a rude pharmacist about why I had to be put on hold again. Eventually, the prescription was filled.
When I went to pick it up, the computers were down. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, I had to leave because my back pain made it impossible to stand any longer. Every person in that line was elderly, and seating was extremely limited, making the situation even more difficult for those who need care the most.
This pharmacy is an absolute nightmare to deal with, and after this experience, I will never go back. The service was unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

i have never seen a more uncooperative staff in my life. I understand the pharmacy is busy and it’s a tough job! i fully respect and sympathize there I offered a PATIENT near 4 hours of my life and 2 hours yesterday. I’m so disappointed that no one took initiative to help me in regards to my medication refill and instead shoved papers in my face with shrugged shoulders. The pharmacist mumbles and doesn’t retain eye contact which is alarming for someone who works with the public.

Literally every month, just filling a recurring prescription, costs me atleast 2 hrs of my life per month. Needlessly. On the phone, waiting in line, etc.
No accountability.
I hope you don't own Walgreens stock.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy I ever had to deal with. Asking inappropriate personal questions by pharmacy tech. Horrible.

The pharmacy is a joke. Most recently I called to check on my prescription and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived there a little over an hour after that conversation only to be told it was in progress.

Slow and terrible customer service. They won’t answer the phone and the line in the store is just as long and slow as the drive thru

1. I call this pharmacy many time and always said that the staff is busy taking care other patients and be on hold for more than 40 minutes. Last time I decided to go in person but I was on hold at the same time, when I got to the front desk I saw the phone off the hook and no one was taking care that phone. This mean they left the phone like that so they don't have to answer it.
2. Every time I got a prescription to fill they gave you a day to be ready. They really slow.
3. I was on the drive thru line for 50 minutes and it was only 2 cars on front of me.
Definitely this is the worse customer service experience on the world. Now I read the reviews and every one is complaining about the same but it's NO CHANGE AT ALL.

Waited on the phone to speak with the pharmacy for an hour and they picked up just to hang up on me.

This store has terrible service. When you call for a pharmacy questions or order, you are on hold a minimum of 45 minutes; when you go to the store the lines are extremely long...because staff is very slow.
There is ON pride of service or customer care; the management is responsible as it is clear they do not teach their team anything about customer care. I will be moving my prescriptions within the next few months out of Walgreens....to CVS....as I had the same experience at other Walgreens.
They are closing stores...because their service is TERRIBLE!!!! It is possible that they do not hire enough people YET the people they have, that I worked with...truly dont care.
One time when I said something about the slow service the person asked if I wanted to go to a different pharmacy (and I was professional yet felt a 75 minute wait on hold is unjustified.
If you want uncaring services become a Walgreens customer.
FYI...I am currently on hold for over 50 minutes!!!
