Walgreens Pharmacy has received mixed reviews from customers. Some express frustration with long wait times, particularly when trying to reach the pharmacy by phone. One customer reported waiting over an hour, only to be disconnected before speaking with a pharmacist. When they finally reached someone, they faced a rude response and encountered issues with computer downtime when picking up a prescription. This experience led them to declare the pharmacy a "nightmare" and vow never to return. On a more positive note, other customers appreciate the variety of products available at Walgreens, from snacks to makeup. They highlight the cleanliness of the store and the friendliness of the staff. Special sales, such as discounts on soda, are also mentioned favorably. However, some customers are disappointed with the recent policy of closing the pharmacy for lunch, which they believe adds to the existing wait times. Despite the challenges faced by the pharmacy staff, many customers recognize their efforts to provide service with a smile, even when overworked. Overall, Walgreens Pharmacy offers a mix of products and customer service experiences, with room for improvement in their pharmacy operations.

Avoid this pharmacy. Prescription sent at 9 AM. Told to come back in an hour at 10:30, came back at 2 — still not ready. It’s now evening and still not filled. An entire day for one prescription, and the staff were rude on top of it. Unacceptable.

The worst pharmacy ever. I have been trying to call them for the past 6 hours and no one has yet to answer the phone. I’m on hold for an hour then it’ll ring and ring and then disconnect. How is this ok when people need their medication ? That’s just ridiculous.
