Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, the staff is nice but they never have my prescription ready, I am only allowed to pick mine up after a certain amount of days or I have to redo my bloodwork and all. And unfortunately their excuse is that they are out of stock! Which now means I have to start the process over!!! I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else. I would never advise anyone to ever come here.

Absolute worst pharmacy. They’re always playing games when I come to pick up prescriptions. Tell me they don’t have the medicine, when in fact they do everytime! I have to plead my case why I need it, then and only then they miraculously have it. They’ve had days to get it ready and decide to play this cat and mouse game everytime. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. And don’t try to call you’ll be on hold so long you’ll forget what you called for.

I keep trying with this Walgreens pharmacy wise. So many chances and so many disappointments. I turned an Rx abt a week ago for a new med doc say I need to start right away. Nothing that day, next day nothing, called, 3rd say they have it done by 1p, nothing, call again, they don't hv enough to fill, can u give me a partial, yes we have 12. Thursday now i wait in an enormous line, they have 5, will have rest next day. Next day, nope now they say thurs, well that means when I run out on Monday I have to wait til thurs (hopefully). Sat I call wait on hold, husb took over and was told by today aft 1p. I call at 4, waited on hold 48 mins, nope still next thurs. They haven't called any other Walgreens, they don't know when or what will be on truck, but if I come in tomrw they gv me 3 pills for emergency which won't be deducted from Rx. So I call Publix pharmacy, they validated my insurance, confirmed they have it and will be done tomrw, if they can reach someone at Walgreens to transfer the Rx. Took 8 minutes. This is at least the 5th wrinkle trying to get meds from this Walgreens pharmacy . All the people working there seem nice, but they don't seem to be able to help get anything done or resolve issues or provide any real info, you can't string peep along re necessary meds, don't gamble with people's medical requirements. They told me that some Rx are done out of town (like Orl or Atl) and sent next day, so why didn't they get from them in the last 4-5 days. Lost cause here. If there was a negative star option they'd earn it for this.

We filled out the form for flu shots on line. Went to this store to get the shot. Arrived at the time we scheduled only to be told the forms we filled out online were3 not in the system. There were 5 people in the pharmacy section. Nine people waiting online. 45 minutes after we arrived one of the 5 people gave us the same exact form to fill out that we had filled out on line. This is the most disorganized and unprofessional pharmacy Ive ever been in. We will NEVER use this Walgreens or any other. I would suggest any other pharmacy than this one.

Well, I tend to agree with the reviews. Nadia (sp) was a motor-mouth, spewing out her greetings. So fast it didn't make sense. I feel terrible for the elderly who may not be able to understand her nonsense. I know the flu vaccine is offered every year, however, not every pharmacy will have the updated flu vaccine on any given day. Be kind!

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have dealt with. Losing prescriptions, never answer the phone, and disrespectful staff.

I don’t give this pharmacy zero star because I cannot. The most incompetent people I have met. My daughter has gold Medicaid. The dr ask to refill a medication that is totally covered. In the entire PSL no one had it except this Walgreens. This med has always been covered. This Walgreens pharmacy could not figured it out. I had to pay $25 so they would not ask me to go around and make the line again before they could figure it out. How crazy is this. Snd even when I told them I would pay for it it took them another 10 mins. I will never go here again and if you are smart you would not either.I do not recommend them for anything. Now I am sure Meficaid will reimburse me but to have gone thru this experience was painful not only bc my daughter needed this med so bad to breath and having these two pharmacist being so inconsiderate just bc they did not want to have one car wait behind me. The worse!!!!!

I went to this Walgreens today and every single item I purchased came up between 50cents and 1 dollar more than posted on the price sticker. NO one would offer me a refund in store, I went on chat, again, no resolution. They just made about $8.00 on me! I will be changing my pharmacy.

I went to this Walgreens a today and I was so bothered by the way an employee was speaking to a customer that I had to say something about what I witnessed. An employee (white, probably in her 50s, deep voice) was restocking makeup and a customer came up and said he needed to find a flu medication his wife sent him for. She seemed annoyed and irritated that he was speaking to her, evidenced by sighing and a tone in her voice. She was dismissive and just told him "It's in aisle 14." He said he doesn't know what it looks like, and she just kept telling him to look in aisle 14. He asked if she could show him, and she said with an attitude "uh no, go look in aisle 14" with such annoyance in her voice like she was almost yelling at him. Another employee at the register asked "aren't you going to help him?" and she said "uh NO!" He came back to her with a box he found and asked a question about it being the correct product, and she "that's what it looks like, doesn't it?" I can't believe how she was speaking. She was way too bold to be speaking to someone that way so loudly in the store. I was going to ask to speak to a manager about this, but because I didn't know her position, for all I know, she could be the manager. She was also complaining loudly about how many things she has restocked today. This was all shocking to me and I hope the store does something about this employee's attitude, but her boldness and the fact that the other employees heard her makes me wonder if this behavior is tolerated. I wouldn't speak to anyone with the tone and attitude she took with this customer, let alone in a place of business.

This pharmacy is awful and very in compassionate towards sick people! I received a phone call that my daughters medication was ready for pick up, on the website it does not clarify what time the pharmacy closes. my husband arrived there five minutes after they close, I can completely understand if it was one person but there were five people behind the gate just hanging out and talking, when my husband apologized stressing that he needed this medication for our daughter who is suffering from lupus flare ups, the woman sarcastically pouted her lips and said "Nope" Sometimes it's just human compassion to help another human! I understand they wanna get home but knowing a child was sick it was explained to them and my husband begged them. these are people I pray never face a medical crisis and be turned away the way we were! but every thing that goes around comes around! Very cold hearted pharmacy!

Worst Experience Every Single Time. Every time I try to call to refill scripts, you're put on hold for at least 30 minutes only for them to pick up the phone and hang up on you. Since I cannot refill my scripts without speaking to someone, I spend several days trying to contact them, which has resulted in my scripts being filled late and me being off very important medications.When you do finally speak to someone, they're out of your script and you're waiting even longer. It's hard to think that many of us are left coming on and off these very serious and chemically altering medications with little to no professionals here. We're at the mercy of people who appear to hate their profession and we're left to suffer the medical and life altering results because of it.
