If you need an immunization, I definitely recommend CVS down the street over Walgreen’s. In and out in 15 minutes at CVS. Tried to get the immunization at Walgreens a couple of days ago. Checked in 15 minutes early per their instructions, waited 30 minutes and found out the system apparently lost my registration. Next was filling out all of the paperwork that I already completed on line. After wasting close to an hour, found out there was an insurance issue (not thier fault). None of this was due to the people working there, they are working in a system that is inefficient and broken. CVS had the information completed on-line and had an efficient system to deal with immunizations.

The service provided by Walgreens was slow and not informative, but I needed them to call to transfer co pay from a foundation on a life savings expensive drug from Louisiana to Florida. They kepte on hold for long periods then hung up several times. So,I had to pay the Co pay the first Co pay 2 months ago, but I finally woke up and changed pharmacy's that made a phone call for me to get the Co pay paid that was already approved. By Walgreens, I will never return to You.

While at Walgreens pharmacy at 1661 NW st Lucie West Blvd in Port st Lucie Fl yesterday I encountered a very rude employee Chan .She started by asking for my phone # and immediately asked me "Are you mad with me ? I sense your have an attitude! 🙄 WOW ..ended by throwing my receipt ,which felled on the floor.Unacceptable!I am taking my business elsewhere

People who work here are great and overworked. It is poorly managed there is always a long line at the pharmacy and one person working. They need to hire more people and fill all 3 registers during the day.

Had appointments for 5:10 and 5:20 for my wife and i to get covid vaccines. After waiting over an hour, we were told that they were short staffed and the woman we spoke to told us she wasn’t the one that checked us in and couldn’t do anything about it. Took multiple attempts talking to someone in order for us to finally get our shots…very inconvenient.

A call to corporate will be placed on 9.9.24. After reading the reviews it's obvious changes need made stat and I'd start with disciplining technicians first. Being a retired clinician I am well versed on how the "system works at a pharmacy".and this pharmacy in particular is a train wreck close to derailing! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Talked to someone in the pharmacy and was told everything would be ready in ninety minutes only to get there (an hour round trip) and be told that it couldn't be filled for another week. Which is wrong. But had already been in the drive thru pick up for twenty plus minutes and had a line behind me. I will have to make another unnecessary trip. Incompetent. Inept.
Not only that, but I could barely hear/understand the dude in the drive thru pick up line for him mumbling and not actually speaking into his mic.
If you have ANY OTHER OPTION for a 24 hour pharmacy, use it.
I put all of this on poor management. It's no wonder this location has such a low rating.

Prescription says take 1 pill every day for 3 days. They put through 1 tablet through my insurance...not the 3. Now I'm picking up tomorrow and paying full price for the other two tablets I need for the Prescription. And I waited over 30 min to complete this simple conversation and was spoken over repeatedly while I was being patient and kind... no 'I'm sorry thos happened' just yeah it will be this much now... greaaaaat thanks.

Understanding of medications and what a full course is .. you know... pharmacy things. 👀

Abysmal and atrocious service every time I have ever visited this location. The worst thing about needing any medication is dropping off a prescription and pick it up at this Walgreens. They know how bad they are and have fully accepted it and don’t care .
