They are extremely rude and abrupt when talking to customers at the pharmacy. I’m not sure what the problem is but they don’t look happy. Absolutely zero customer service.

after being told at 10 o’clock my prescription would be ready in an hour and a half. It wasn’t ready until 6 PM and then I waited a line for an hour to pick up the prescription

WOW, what a disgrace!! We visting from South Africa for the holidays, and I must say this was by far the worst experience I have had in a foreign country. Walgreens 280 SW Port St Lucie Blvd Pharmacist are rude with no compassion for patients, they couldn't care less if you are in pain and need urgent help. I told the pharmacist that Xpress Urgent Care sent them an email with my prescription medication. At 1st, they could not locate the email. I called Express Urgent Care, who resend the email.I was told we have to wait 30 minutes to an hour. I assume it is to process the order. I told the pharmacist I could not wait that long is their anything they could do. She said unfortunately I have to wait, and if I can't wait, she could transfer the email to another pharmacy. She had a lot of attitude. How is that ? She just walked away and left us standing there. I then accepted the fact that I had to wait. I then spoke to a second pharmacist as the 1st one walked away, who told me they would text us when to collect after verifying our mobile number. I then bought some Ibuprofens to subside the pain and left the store for home. We are still waiting for a call or text. They closed for the day. Another sleepless, painful night. It's a lot of money for me to visit a doctor here, and now I have to wait until the next day for my prescribed medication. They are an absolute disgrace to the profession that is supposed to help people who truly need care. 3 staff members on duty who looked at me in disgust because I'm in pain.

I love the fact it is a 24 hour pharmacy but the wait is outrageous every time I have a pick up.

Where do I begin? This pharmacy has dropped the ball on a regular basis since my young child has been on a maintenance medication that expires every 10 days. They forget to refill it (even after assuring me every time that it’s on auto refill) and because it’s not getting refilled, I get no notification. This is only one issue of MANY we’ve had with this pharmacy. The customer service is atrocious. The wait in line at the drive-thru AND inside the pharmacy is INSANE because the employees are so slow and have zero sense of urgency. The employees have the attitudes of teenagers when they are confronted about their inability to perform their jobs correctly. YOU ARE MESSING WITH MY CHILD’S HEALTH AND THIS MAMA BEAR HAS HAD IT! Corporate has been called and an investigation is started. Walgreen’s corporate… clean up this sub-par, sorry excuse for a pharmacy!

Jim the pharmacist could really use a lesson in customer service or possibly a boyfriend . . He is always miserable. He is also the reason that I will NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. It's worth the drive to go elsewhere in order to avoid his negative energy.

The pharmacy is incredibly slow. 30 minutes to an hour waiting in the drive through line. It's honestly un acceptable. It shouldn't take 20 minutes a person to get their meds.

So slow.... had an appointment for vaccines, waited my turn in line. Did all the paperwork, still sitting here as others come and go, waiting for someone to actually give me the shots. It's been an hour and counting. What's the point of an appointment? Not a one star because no one's been actually rude to me. Gained a star because Taylor was super gentle in giving the shots. Wait was still unacceptable.

WALGREENS corner of CALIFIRNIA AND port St Lucie West Blvd nite time service is just AWFUL! Been trying for 1 hour to get thru, need to take med tonight. Called 5 times, got put on hold 3 times and no one ever picked up again. So much different from day pharmacy. This nighttime group is terrible. Save yourself the time and effort...and go during the daytime.

My Prescription was ready at 730 they bade my wife sit there until 9:30 she just got home with it and the both bottles are the same thing not even my prescription when I'm suppose to have.Plus the staff was very unprofessional in the way that they acted about it.What a shame!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE PHARMACY! ESPECIALLY THE TECH BY THE NAME OF KARLA. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TOWARD CUSTOMER. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN.

I see ratings for this Walgreens and cannot believe what people write. I just relocated from NJ. That Walgreens often distributed the incorrect medication or was out of my meds. It this PSL Walgreens I receive courteous service - an excellent vaccine - actual eye contact and caring questions. Contrary to some previous comments all Pharm techs and Pharmacists are professional - informative ...never rude or discourteous. Thanks for excellent service.

Just dealt with the rudest person by the pharmacy counter named Chan. Never had this experience before, this woman kept on talking over me and not listening. I think the problem is education and lack of training in providing a concise explanation. So sorry for you, absolutely not coming back here. Going to ask my doctor to send my prescription elsewhere.
