Wells Fargo is really good your normal banking needs, and they do watch over your account very carefully. However, in the past 2 months, I have had credit card fraud on my Wells Fargo Visa that's tied to my checking account, and to make matters worse, they won't even overnight the new card to me!!! I find this to be totally outrageous and ridiculous!! This also happened 8 times with my Wells Fargo regular Visa card, which they did overnight me the new card. I no longer have that card, yet they will overnight a credit card, but they won't overnight my debit/Visa card that's tied to my account?? This has happened to me 10 times now, and it only happens with Wells Fargo. I don't know, but if this happens again....

This review is more towards Wells Fargo Bank. I went to this location yesterday with three older ladies, my mom, my grandmother, and my great-aunt. When we went in, we were greeted pretty quickly. I explained to the representative that my mom, my grandmother, and my great-aunt needed to open an account for each of them, and they needed assistance in spanish. The gentleman asked where they were from, I told him they were born in Cuba if that's what he meant. He then said that because they were from cuban descent, there is an extra step that would take at least three business day to complete and then open an account with Wells Fargo. I told them two of them are residents, and one of them is a USA citizen. I can understand the extra layer of security, but even the US citizen, and three days? That's ridiculous!
We went to another bank where they didn't discriminate against a USA citizens because she was born elsewhere, the verification was for the residents, and it only took half an hour.

I really dislike this bank. If it wasn’t such a pain to move all of my accounts to another bank and change all my direct deposits and bill pay, I would’ve left a long time ago. I have to come here weekly to make cash deposits for my business and the tellers couldn’t be any more rude or work any slower. They move like molasses, have no sense of urgency at all, and just have this air about them that they really don’t care how long you wait in line. Almost every single one of them has a bad attitude and the place is always shortstaffed. Probably why all the tellers are in a bad mood too. I seriously dread my weekly visits to this place. Such a time suck.

I recently visited this place and had a terrible experience. I ended up waiting in line for over an hour just to get some basic banking done. The line was enormous, and there was no urgency or organization from the staff. It was incredibly frustrating and felt like a complete waste of time. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I won't be coming back here again.

If I could leave negative stars, I would! This was an absolutely horrific experience. I came in with my 80-year-old grandfather, who is frail and struggles to walk, hoping to help him with his finances. We were left waiting for what felt like an eternity—30 minutes—before anyone even acknowledged us. When someone finally did approach, the woman was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and cold. She brusquely told us that service was by appointment only, without an ounce of empathy or understanding for my grandfather's situation. This man has been a loyal customer here for decades, since his first job, and has never been treated so poorly. The lack of basic decency and respect was appalling. This place has lost our business forever!

Imagine waking up, checking your account & discovering someone is trying to make fraudulent purchases using your card. Then Imagine going to your local branch, already feeling violated & worried that your hard earned money is going to be wiped out, & being told "sorry if it's fraud, we can't help you here but feel free to use one of our empty offices to call the 800 #" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! So now I have NO DEBIT CARD for 5 to 10 business days while i wait for the USPS to deliver my new card, had to talk to someone in another country for help. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED FROM A BANK. This branch is completely useless.

Walked in and was refused service because I didn’t have an appointment. The person working in the lobby told us 8 times in the span of 15 min that we were waiting because we didn’t have an appt. We not once said that we wouldn’t wait we We expressed that we were ok waiting we were not in a rush and understood we didn’t have an appt. After about 15 min the person working the lobby came out and flat out said we can’t see you today.

VERY BAD TELLER WELL MOST OF THEM. DONT KNKW THERE ISSUE, WHEN I GO THERE ITS A BAD ATMOSPHERE AND I CAN SEE THEY GIVE EACHOTHER ATTITUDE, BAD! ANYHOOT I TRIED TO CASH A WRKs COMP THERE AND SHE TOLD ME IT SAY DOMT CASH IT...IM LIKE WOW THE DEVIL IS A LIAR IVE BEEN HERE B4 SHE CAN VERIFY. THE OTHER TELLER KNOWS MY FACE AND MATTER. THIS MY 2ND TIME GOING IVE BEEN THERE. SO IM GATHERING MY GOODS AND THE TELLER SAYS FLUGAZZY AS IN MY CHECK IN MY NAME IS FRAUD. SO I GO TO ANOTHER WHERE I USUALLY CASH IT WTH NO PROBLEM AT ALL. SO I GET THERE AND I TOLD EM HEY I CAME FROM THE ONE OUT WEST AND SHE TOLD ME IT SAYS THAT ON HER COMPUTER IT SAID "DONT CASH IT" SO HE TAKES IT AND SAYS ALRIGHT LET ME SEE HERE AND RUNS MY CHECK AND GOES STRAIGHT TO THE DRAWER FOR CASH AND I SAY TO HIM SO ALL IS WELL RIGHT HE SAID OH YEAH THERES NO SAYING OF DONT CASH IT. SO I REALIZED THAT SHE GOT ME SHE THOUGHT I WAS A CRIMINAL AFTER A QUICK FINESSE.

Called today to speak to someone to help with our CDs and the lady that answered was beyond rude and very unprofessional in her customer service. Wish I got her name. I actually did a double take thinking I had called someone's house by mistake with the kind of rude attitude I was getting! I initially asked to speak to 'Wanda' and first thing out of this lady's mouth was "We were busy all day and can't answer the phone" add a load of snippy attitude and rude tone to that. So I was taken aback because she could've said , 'let me see if she's available." So I said, So should we take out our money if you all are too busy for us? She said..."I TOLD YOU WE WERE BUSY! " Made me mad and want to take our money out and go to a bank that has better service. Now, where has all the great customer service gone? I can honestly say that this WF branch needs better customer service training for their agents. If you don't want to deal with people in a professional manner get a different line of work.
