We did not have an appt, but went there directly after lunch time and there was only 1 person in front of us. We were in and out, which is awesome!
Lil tip, if you dont have an appt, afternoon is a better time than mornings. Good luck!

Donna the lab tech. Is very nice person. Sometimes my veins will roll. But get the blood out in one shot. Donna is very good at her job. But she should have another person there. Donna is doing a great job.
